If you see an advert appearing on your site that is not appropriate, please take the following steps to ensure that it is removed as 

quickly as possible:


Report the advert to the help desk via a support ticket. Please include a screenshot of the advert or a description of the advertiser and the click 

through URL if possible.


A member of the support team will then be on contact to confirm receipt of the ticket.


Once the advert has been removed from your site, a member of the team will then be in contact to confirm removal.

   

NB – You may see the advert appear in the minutes after it has been confirmed removed. This will be due to caching and the advert in question will disappear for good on force refresh of the page.
